Carmen is Carnival's flagship pale; a hazy, soft yellow aroma bomb.

Brewed using a soft water profile, pale malt, wheat and oats to produce a deceptively full bodied beer for the abv.

The Mosaic Spectrum liquid hops in the whirlpool and T90 and Incognito liquid hops at the start and end of fermentation brings out the complex and delicious characteristics of this mesmerising hop.

Dank notes of ripe pineapple, guava and peach on the nose, with blueberry, slight bubblegum and waves of peach on the palate.

Storage Instructions

We store Carmen in the cellar to keep it cold while in transit, so it gets to you in optimal condition. For best results we recommend you store in the fridge and drink within six months of purchase.
