It's time to release some more of our beer for optimists, All Clouds Are Silver, a hazy and delicious Simcoe pale ale.

We used our a pale barley, wheat and rolled oats malt bill, fermented with our house pale yeast combination then dry hopped with loads of Simcoe and for added Cashmere for an extra oomph of juiciness. 

One of our all time favourite varieties, Simcoe contributes loads of pine, topical fruit aromas and a little freshly cut grass on a summer's day. Cashmere adds another dimension of fruitiness and adds a big zing to complement the Simcoe headliner.

The beer has a full body with medium carbonation for a delightful drinking experience.
