An inky black spiced imeprial stout, brewed originally in collaboration with Keenan from Sprawl Kitchen, based on his parkin cake recipe. The original imperial stout was rested in Jamaican rum barrels (formerly white wine barrels from Bordeaux) for 8 months. The resulting beer has immense dark chocolate flavours, with rounded and subtle ginger, cinnamon, cinder toffee with a hint of bitterness and rum flavours from the barrel. The beer pours jet black with a rich, creamy beige head.
