Paisley is the first in a series of beers celebrating beer and fashion styles that we love.We brewed a super pale malt and wheat bill, fermented with a West Coast IPA yeast and hopped with loads of Azacca and Chinook to produce a hazy, super piney, aromatic and fruity DIPA that drinks like a beer with lower ABV. We have called this a No Coast DIPA, taking the best characteristics from classic US West and East coast beer styles and amalgamating them into something new, fresh and delicious.
