Tasting Room Risk Assessment

To ensure we can safely reopen our Liverpool City Centre Tasting Room, we followed Health and Safety Executive guidance and consulted with staff and specialists to produce a risk assessment.

The risk assessment is used as a guide by staff to ensure our practices are safe, place customer and staff safety at the heart of our operations and provide the local authorities with evidence of our planning.

We ask all customers and visitors to provide us with their contact details for NHS Test, Trace and Isolate, which are kept securely for 21 days and destroyed if not required. We ask customers to sanitise their hands upon entry, and to read our brief tasting room rules displayed at the front door and by the toilets. The rules are designed to keep us and you safe, and include

: maintaining social distancing, not to approach the bar as we're operating table service, use sanitiser before entering the toilets and to wash hands after using the toilets.

If you have any queries about our preparations and continued opening, email us with any requests for information.
