Carnival Newsletter Edition 6

Updated: Oct 15, 2020

Hello and welcome to a shortened, sixth edition of the Carnival Newsletter.

What can we say that hasn't already been said? Like our friends, customers and peers nationwide, we have been jumping through hoops since July, creating the safest environment possible for customers to enjoy our beer and fantastic food from some of the UK's top pop-up food vendors.

We're still waiting for the evidence/science/unholy incantations/wheel of fortune that the Government has decided justifies closing down our region's pubs. Will we ever be shown this evidence? We're not holding our breath.

Alas, the Carnival must go on!

In this edition:

  1. Taproom Update

  2. Webstore Free Shipping Offer Extended

1. Taproom Update

Our taproom will open on Saturday only this weekend as we trial opening as a food-led venue that also serves beer.

So the format will be different to what you may be used to if you have visited us before.

All comers must visit with the primary intention of eating a substantial meal. No meal, no drinks service, no entry. Once you have ordered a meal whilst sat at your dedicated table - with the help of our friendly staff, you will be able to enjoy our beer, cider, wine and spirit selection to accompany that meal.

We are delighted to be joined by one of the North West's premier pizza vendors, Urban Crust Pizza. If you like your pizzas woodfired, don't miss out!

Remember, the taproom will be open from 1PM until 9PM on Saturday only.

You can reserve a table for two hours by contacting tastingroom@carnivalbrewing.me

2. Webstore Free Shipping Offer Extended

For the last week or so, we have been running an offer of free shipping of webstore orders to areas enduring Government-enforced local restrictions. It now seems like the whole of the UK is under some form of local restrictions.

In response to this, we are opening up the free shipping offer to the whole of the UK mainland. In order for us to be able to offer this without undermining ourselves financially at this difficult time, we've had to shift the minimum order amount to £45. If you make a purchase of £45 or more, please ensure that you select the correct shipping option - *FREE SHIPPING Mainland UK*

Please note that local customers living within 10 miles of the brewery can still have their beers hand delivered on orders of £25 or more.

Take advantage of the offer on our web store
