New brewhouse, new range of beers brewed in our central Liverpool brewery in the middle of Liverpool's historic waterfront. 

Our aim is to brew a wide range of delicious and boundary pushing beers in our favourite styles, as well as revisiting some of our beers from the garage brewery days.

Next in our series of hop rotational beer for optimists, using two of our most treasured hops in perfect balance.

V [FOR VIENNA] LAGER

Vienna style lager beer is an underrated style - its sweetness from the 100% Vienna malt counters the bitterness resulting from the addition of Mandarina Bavaria hops we used in the copper and in the whirlpool. We didn't fine this beer at all, so it's naturally hazy orange colour with a thick strong foamy head, unfiltered and thanks to the Kolsch yeast, is truly delicious at a really smashable strength.

URBAN SHAKER OATMEAL STOUT (4.4%)

URBAN SHAKER, the latest iteration of our core Oatmeal Stout- we've upped the bitterness a touch and so it's like a pint of liquid 80% chocolate.

TRANSFORMER ROBUST PORTER (6.2%)

‘Transformer’ our evolving robust porter. Notes of caramel, chocolate and smoke with a creamy soft body. Brewed for Tryanuary 2019. We will surprise you with different variants throughout the year so be prepared!

ALL CLOUDS ARE SILVER PALE ALE (5.4%)

The second iteration of our beer for optimists, this version of Clouds is fermented with a mix of Windsor and S04 yeasts with a massive whirlpool addition of El Dorado, Citra and Amarillo, followed with a pre-fermentation addition of El Dorado and another dry hop of El Dorado. It's got pineapple, peach, ripe pair and a good bitter backbone, so whatever your IPA preference, we think you'll like this.

LAUTOKA TROPICAL FARMHOUSE PALE (4.2%)

Smokey, refreshing, thirst quenching and a huge celebration of the farmhouse style, Lautoka is a dry hopped saison brewed with oats, wheat, smoked German malt and huge doses of Citra and Amarillo. We ferment at normal ale temperatures so the esters are less pronounced but act as a counter balance to the tropical hops and smoked malt backbone.

CARMEN MOSAIC PALE (4%)

Soft, fruity, full of huge amounts of heavenly mosaic aroma, including ripe peaches, mango and apricot, CARMEN is Carnival's signature session pale ale. We developed a super soft water profile, used an oat and wheat heavy malt bill, and finished with English ale yeast and huge amounts of Mosaic in the dry hop once fermentation ended.

WE ARE DIAMONDS IPA 6.1%

Soft, juicy, hazy, We are Diamonds is an IPA for people who love tropical fruits and want their beers to pack a punch. We brewed Diamonds with a super pale bill, packed full of oats and torrified wheat to add body. We added loads of Simcoe in the copper, fermented with our house IPA yeast blend and dry hopped at both ends of the fermentation process with a 33% mix of Citra, Ekuanot and Simcoe. A beer to enjoy, a beer to remember, a beer for the diamonds.

CHISELER CASCADE PALE (4.4%)

A follow up to CARMEN, our super sessionable mosaic pale, CHISELER uses the same malt and water profile, ups the ABV slightly and uses the marvellous 2019 crop of UK Cascade T90 hops. We showcase this wonderfully juicy hop so nothing else diverts your tastebuds - expect papaya, melon and ripe stone fruits with a hint of black pepper and a light yellow hazy finish.

MACAU OAT CREAM PISTACHIO PALE (5.4%)

You'll be nuts to not shell out for this little cracker. Brewed with oat milk, loads of rolled oats and torrified wheat for a smooth, silky body with a deep roast coffee in the whirlpool. We then added our own house pistachio tincture after fermentation. Not suitable for people with nut allergies sadly, but totally suitable for vegans.
