Our 16 hectolitre brewhouse is a traditional three vessel Uk manufactured system.
We have four x 1300 litre, Italian made fermenting vessels with two x 2000 litre unitanks.
The kit is now commissioned and producing beer.
In March 2020 we commenced our barrel ageing project, as we rested 550 litres of a rich Parkin Imperial Stout in two Jamaican rum barrels. We will also be brewing some super long term beers in barrels, including imperial brown ale aged in bourbon barrels, mixed fermentation saisons and Belgian inspired ales.
Our plans will move fairly swiftly onto an in-house canning line once our first small-packs beers are released into the wild and we understand what customers would like to see from us.
